U.S. stock futures rise following Wall Street’s best week since November

U.S. stock index futures rose early Monday, as the major averages looked to build upon gains following the best week since November.

Futures contracts tied to the Dow Jones Industrial Average implied an opening gain of more than 100 points. S&P 500 futures and Nasdaq 100 futures also traded in positive territory.
