The Reality of Double Schooling and Exhausting Schedules

Double schooling, where students attend both regular school hours and additional academic sessions in the afternoon, is becoming more common in various parts of the world. This model is often implemented with the best intentions—to provide a more comprehensive education that covers both academic and extracurricular learning. However, for many children, this extended schedule can be overwhelming.

During these moments, children can explore their creativity, relax, and recharge. Ensuring that children get enough sleep and have downtime to «do nothing» is also crucial for their well-being.
